All orders ship from our studio in China with tracking. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination.

Handling time
Candles are poured to order and leave the studio within 1–3 business days.
Duties and taxes
Prices do not include import duties or local taxes, which may be collected on delivery depending on your country.
Returns and damage
If a candle arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind.
